Our desire to control whatever we can is why some prayers are dangerous. Not dangerous in the sense that they cause direct harm or injury (although they can well result in such situations), it is meant in the sense of prayers that are likely to cause problems or have adverse consequences. And yes, there are such prayers, Church, as we will discover in today's message. We will look at the examples of Balaam in Numbers 22, the Pharisee in Luke 18, and the prayer of the Apostles in Acts 4.
