How do we know that Jesus fully is God?
He claimed to be God (Jn 5:17-18“My Father is working”; 8:58 “I AM”)
He had divine attributes (See below)
He was active in divine activities. John 5:17-18-23;
Forgives sins. Luke 5:20-26
Grants eternal life. John 10:28
What are the implications of Jesus being fully God?
Because He is God, we have a responsibility to obey Him
What are the implications if He was not fully God?
If he was not God, he could not have lived a perfect life. If He did not live a perfect life, He could not have atoned for our sins, because He would have had to pay for His own.
