A Holy Spirit filled ministry is not a stalemate ministry (vs. 6-7; 9-11)

Notice the question of the disciples was to the restoration by Jesus of the Jewish Kingdom:
restoration - first used to speak of the constellations as they changed throughout the year, which lead the Greeks to believe life to be cyclical:
What goes around comes around
History repeats itself.
By the time of Jesus’ day, the term was associated with political expectations.
Hear Jesus’ response to the disciples:
He does not negate their question.
He adjusts their perspective.

A Holy Spirit filled ministry is not a static ministry (v. 8)

The terms static and dynamic are used in several different terminologies:
A static website - is a website with fixed content
A dynamic website - displays different content every time a user uses it.
The terms are most helpful in conjunction with this passage in literature:
static v. dynamic characters
Holy Spirit coming over - Acts 1:8 = Luke 1:35
The same Person and power which brought about the virgin birth is the same power which enables you to be a dynamic witness for Christ.

A Holy Spirit filled ministry is not a selective ministry (vs. 12-14)
