I Continue On!
I Continue On!
Have you ever experienced misalignment? It’s like a car, if you are not careful of your path you are driving and you hit pothole, bumps, go to fast around curves, and just not focused on the path, you will possibly cause your car to become misaligned!
Now you have to go in for an alignment, so that your tires won’t wear down!
In this life, we face many potholes, bumps, anxiousness, and lose focus of purpose, which can cause us to become misaligned with God’s Promises!
Truth be told, there are times I have desired to go my way, instead of The Way!
Yes - We can truly say that we have not, and at times, do not desire to go the way we know we should go!
Some of us are so religious, we feel as if we say that we have experienced such a thing, we fall out of God’s Grace! We have been led to believe that because we experience weakness at times, we are less than who God has called us to be!
Jonah 1:3 “3 But Jonah arose to flee to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord. He went down to Joppa, and found a ship going to Tarshish; so he paid the fare, and went down into it, to go with them to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord.”
Do you ever wonder why? Why is it that I do not desire to continue on this path? Why am I frustrated with all of the calamities of life that I have encountered, and are encountering?
God has proclaimed His Word in this season, do not allow anything to bewilder you so that you feel as if you are so far out of line, you cannot continue on! Psalm 94:20 “20 Shall the throne of iniquity, which devises evil by law, Have fellowship with You?”
I get it, yes, there are those evil snares of the enemy, they come in and cause distractions, which leads to taking your focus from the Word Of God so that you will not see Grace, but only iniquity!
I realize what Paul means when he says; Romans 7:21 “21 I find then a law, that evil is present with me, the one who wills to do good.”
Your thinking can cause you to become out of alignment with The Promise and Faithfulness of God’s Word!
Paul tells us here in Hebrews 12:1-2 “1 Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
We have enough evidence in the example of Christ Jesus, but yet we allow the weak flesh to steer us in an misaligned direction. . . Proverbs 16:1-3 “1 The preparations of the heart belong to man, But the answer of the tongue is from the Lord. 2 All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, But the Lord weighs the spirits. 3 Commit your works to the Lord, And your thoughts will be established.”
It is so important that we aligned our thoughts up with God’s thoughts, our ways with His Ways, and we will be established regardless of the calamities that He allowed to be created in the earth!
God knows about the troubles, He has gone before you and made the crooked ways straight. . . His Word keeps you aligned so that you can continue on! We serve a Father, Whom will cause the things the enemy uses to get you out of alignment, be the things that keep you aligned with purpose!
When you have made a commitment to God, He will established you and keep you because of your faithfulness to Him!
David desired to build a house for The Presence of God - 2 Samuel 7:5-6 “5 “Go and tell My servant David, ‘Thus says the Lord: “Would you build a house for Me to dwell in? 6 For I have not dwelt in a house since the time that I brought the children of Israel up from Egypt, even to this day, but have moved about in a tent and in a tabernacle.”
We often have great intentions, but God has a greater plan for us!
He wants to build you a house, and you have to be okay with God doing so
You cannot hinder God’s Will to be done, even when it doesn’t come at your hands. . .
Too often we get dejected because God did not allow me to do this, or do that, but God has already ordained someone for the work, you just remain in your lane, aligned with His Will for your life and the rest will be set in order by His Word!
Free your thoughts, allow your mind to be settled on His Will for your life and do not be so consumed with the “Why Not Me. . .” thinking; God is God all by Himself, there is no other God besides Him. . .
Yes, I understand you want to do a thing but ensure that it is aligned with God’s Things. . .
Humble yourself under the Will of God and He will exalt you in due season
2 Samuel 7:25 “25 “Now, O Lord God, the word which You have spoken concerning Your servant and concerning his house, establish it forever and do as You have said.”
Even when your own thoughts attempts to misaligned you with The Promise, you have authority to align your thoughts with The Father’s, just as David did!
Anchored In Christ The Word Of God
Anchored In Christ The Word Of God
God has adopted us and has become Our Father, Who cares for you, more than your earthen father could. . . He will chasten you because He loves you, His Word Keeps Me Aligned!
Philippians 1:16-17 “16 The former preach Christ from selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my chains; 17 but the latter out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the gospel.”
The law could not do to us what Grace came and done. . . Because you are aligned properly and positioned purposefully, do to you allowing your heart/mind to be aligned with God’s Word!
1 Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls.
4 You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin.
5 And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: “My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him;
6 For whom the Lord loves He chastens, And scourges every son whom He receives.”
7 If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten?
8 But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons.
9 Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live?
10 For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness.
11 Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.
12 Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees,
13 and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed.
14 Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord:
15 looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled;
16 lest there be any fornicator or profane person like Esau, who for one morsel of food sold his birthright.
17 For you know that afterward, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought it diligently with tears.
18 For you have not come to the mountain that may be touched and that burned with fire, and to blackness and darkness and tempest,
19 and the sound of a trumpet and the voice of words, so that those who heard it begged that the word should not be spoken to them anymore.
20 (For they could not endure what was commanded: “And if so much as a beast touches the mountain, it shall be stoned or shot with an arrow.”
21 And so terrifying was the sight that Moses said, “I am exceedingly afraid and trembling.”)
22 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels,
23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect,
24 to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.
25 See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven,
26 whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, “Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.”
27 Now this, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.
29 For our God is a consuming fire.
