The real miracle of Pentecost was the salvation of 3000 people, who believed the gospel of Jesus Christ. As ambassadors of Christ, Christians have been called to a kingdom work, in which we reason with people and exhort them, but most of all in which we proclaim the message of the gospel of God's grace. Acts 2:37-41 demonstrates that salvation is a divine work, which demands a human response, which is accomplished through the proclamation of the gospel.
