Exodus 25:10-40
Exodus 25:10-40
Many professed Christians learn to play at church, but not to pray.
They are taught to be happy, but not to be holy.
Their parents look for baby sitters not Bible teachers.
Three PIECES of the tabernacle were overlain in gold:
I. The Ark represents SHELTER. vs.10-12
I. The Ark represents SHELTER. vs.10-12
It reveals the PRESENCE of God.
Wherever this went and wasn't handled right, death was in its wake (2 Chronicles 8:11; 2 Samuel 6:6)
The priest would sprinkle blood on the Mercy seat from the sacrifice and the Light in that place would be there and the blood would be gone.
It stayed in the Most Holy Place.
“in me” phrase study in John 15
Joh 15:2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
Joh 15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
Joh 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
Joh 15:6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
Joh 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

66 Books in THE BookBread typifies both Christ (John 6:48) and the Bible (Matthew 4:4; Luke 4:4)

III. The Candlestick represents SALVATION. Vs.31-40
It reveals the POWER of God.
It burns day and night to provide light.

When Christ says in Revelation 2:5 that he will remove the candlestick He is referring to removing the Holy Spirit from the church
You do not need years of Bible College to understand the Bible as to be guided in this dark world.
You need the Holy Spirit.
“I am the light of the world”
