We're going to be in the book of 1st Peter and your Bibles will soon.

Learn how to open to This Magnificent book, as we look at the letter that Peter is sending And as I was a approaching this this morning, I was reminded of something as I looked at the verses that we're going to look at today.

And as as I grew up the first 6 years of my life, you may or may not know I was legally deaf, I could not hear if you were yelling and you were ten feet away, it may sound like a whisper because of that reading came very difficult.

The pronunciation of certain words was was hard, on top of that, I was dyslexic, didn't know that till I was in my thirties, but So understanding the language arts understanding reading and words initially came, very difficult, but I gave great effort and strides.

As I would try to grasp this English language that we we get to work with.

Are there any language arts teachers out there?

Just curious wonderful, you will appreciate some things here today.

Okay, but as we are As we are looking today, I am going to be asking you to consider words.

And the structure of words that that we are given in our in our passage today.

The structure is very important.

Turn in your Bibles to 1st Peter chapter 1 beginning and verse one.

And let me read for you.

Some of the words that Peter has penned for us beginning and verse 1.

Peter says Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ.

Isn't it great that he let, you know who's who's writing the letter?

Right from the get-go?

You don't have to read the whole letter to figure it out.

I love that Peter.

An apostle of Jesus Christ to those who reside is alien scattered throughout Pontius, galatia Cappadocia, Asia, Bethany.

You were chosen.

According to the foreknowledge of God the Father by the same to find work of the spirit to obey Jesus Christ.

And be sprinkled with his blood, make Grace and peace.

I believe it's important for you and I to consider how words are structured and put together, It's a very important process and I'm going to geek out on you a little bit this morning on the structure of words.

Peter does an amazing job.

Let me illustrate some things for you on the importance of structure and the power.

In the structure, it is vital for us to understand.

I also want us to avoid coming to wrong or weak conclusions.

as we look at these three, not three versus three sentences 9 versus

Peter here, is he lays out in these opening?

Sentences is laying a groundwork a foundation.

On the basis of who we are in Christ.

And church.

It is vital that they, we understand that we grab hold of it because if we are weak in our understanding and and comprehension of salvation,

then the walls of our faith that are built on that will crumble away.

We have to be strong in our understanding of this.

There is a vital understanding as we look at 2nd, Peter will do that after 1st Peter.

There's, we look at that you will constantly remind us to remember and go back to this very point.

Peter's going to be riding to, to his listeners, his readers who are going through difficult times, trials and sufferings.

as many in this room today, many list me can relate with

Trials and sufferings are a part of our lives.

But he's going to offer hope.

In the midst of those trials.

What is stated in the first three sentences sets, the basis and reasoning that we can and should live in a powerful unique way for Christ.

And as we look at sentence structure, please don't do nowt and go.
