IT truly is going to cause trouble in my life while hitting a hornets nest. Have you ever thrown something at a hornets nest and they swarm out and chase you? well I haven’t I have more common sense than that, but I know that is exactly what will happen with this series, that is the reason I have had it on the burner for almost 4 years simmering. After finishing Gideon I thought of others I wanted to cover in the I will be with you series, and I passed on doing more of those studies as i feel the Lord completed that series with Gideon, I thought about going to Ps 23 and Exported from Logos Bible Software, 4:45 PM February 13, 2022. 1 preaching through a 13 sermon series I have on that, I thought about the going to Revelations and preaching about hearing what the Lord is saying to EPC, but I passed on that, I have a new series that I recently got called there is a storm coming, I passed on that, I thought about doing topical preaching for a while, I have went thru an ordeal to get where I am right now with these sermons. To a point I tried I suppose to get out of preaching these and preach something else. But here we are and it is time for you to hear the title of this series. I have heard over the years people say just resist him and he will flee, that is not true, they will tell you that the bible says that, well, that is a simple misunderstanding from the bible text. Let me tell you the devil has caused me much grief over the years, God was doing something truly amazing in Chapel Hill with us and I knew it was coming but I was still blind sided when it happened, the devil found a crack in the foundation and destroyed what God was building there.
