Ones who put their whole trust in humans and ones who put their whole trust in God. To get to the latter takes time. You can put your trust in God from the moment you heard the Gospel. To put your whole trust in Him, you need real experiences with Him to know how steadfast and loyal He is. Just as you know how steadfast and loyal gravity is. You need to read His Word to know His nature. You must pray to have prayers answered. And remember, prayers answered and wishes granted are rarely the same thing.
