God often calls us to things that are much bigger than what we believe we are capable of.
When I was young, like maybe 9 or 10, I had a cousin named Jason who was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer.
I had this huge dream to one day become a medical scientist and find a cure for cancer.
As I got older, I realized being a scientist included math.
This was heart wrenching and dream crushing.
Because math is hard.
We all have big dreams, big goals.
Even if they don’t seem big to others, they might seem big to us.
God has a huge plan and calling for you.
He has called you to go to the ends of the earth with His good news!
And if He has called you to it, He will empower you.
We’ve covered Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria.
Now we are covering the ends of the earth.
So, if Jerusalem is influence, Judea is intense, Samaria is intimidating and the ends of the Earth probably seems impossible.
But we know that with God it is possible.
When God calls you to do the impossible, He empowers you to do it.
To the ends of the earth, til the end of the age.
Jesus promises that His Holy Spirit will always be with us.
When we give our lives to Jesus, the Holy Spirit empowers us to reach people who have never heard about Him.
We can do that 2 ways: Go and Give.
It’s not an either or.
It’s a both and.
(Explain give and go opportunities)
