I want to tell you about my friend H, see H and me spend plenty of time together, we like to play video games, or take walks. Once we started a biker gang and terrorized the streets of a small town together. True story, happened last year. But me and H go through season of hanging out, we like to spend time together but H has a girlfriend and when H’s girlfriend is around either I am a third wheel or I am elsewhere becuase H needs to spend time with his girlfriend or else he is not going to have one.
But on the other hand I have told H when his girlfriend is a bit too much, when is girlfriend starts to take over his life. See H’s girlfriend like to spend time with H but sometimes that means I won’t see H for a week straight.
I want you to take away two things froms this:
Dating is a two way street
If we date someone with the expectation to live life a certain way we will never go far in our relationships.
Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?
