Purpose of Spirit’s Gifts - Common Good

Conclusion
Spirit gives gifts so that we can build up one another.
If we are truly using our gifts as intended, we will see the fruit of the Spirit: Love.
Same message in that passage - different gifts, one purpose - equipping of the saints for service to build up the body of Christ to the attainment of unity!
Romans is the same.
After speaking of the differing gifts, Paul says
Spiritual Gifts Proper Use - Exalting Christ, not self
Spiritual Gifts Proper Use - In Love; Honoring and Considering Others
