Unity not Uniformity

God desires unity and for us to be one body; however the body has different parts.

Since God has uniquely and wonderfully made us; use your unique gift to build up your Team and advance His Church!!!

1 Corinthians 12:12–14 ESV

For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit. For the body does not consist of one member but of many.

point of view is interesting because your unique design and make up allows you to analyze things in a different way.

If three of us went to the grizz game we would all see the same game but our attention could be different:

1 player stats

2 the music and ambiance

3 food and souvenirs

same game different feelings. . different feelings are not bad.

we must use our abilities to advance the mission

He talked about suffering in silence and the passive aggressiveness. That’s unhealthy

we need each other to balance things out. Our ideas will not be utilized all the time but we must continue to use them.
