Notice the plurality
Being built together as a spiritual house.
A place for worship.
A holy priesthood
Priests intercede between man and God.
Priests offer sacrifices on behalf of people.
A Word of Encouragement
We can have confidence in Jesus.
Though you may endure shame for a season, in the end, you will be justified.
Just as Jesus was rejected and then glorified, so we too will receive honor.
The world does not accept Jesus. This should not surprise us.
Lost people who reject Jesus continue to disobey the Word.
They are destined to disobey the Word.
The Word is predestined to bring about one of two results:
Salvation
Hardening of heart
