Two Prodigals

one left home

one stayed home

one Claimed and Misused

the other unclaimed and unused

one lives as if his father is dead

one lives with the father but has no living relationship with him

one understand & has felt redemption

one loathes redemption and is repulsed by it

one asked for forgiveness

the other never asked for anything

when left home before he left home

when never left home but was never at home

one wore shoes and robes and rings to cover his sins

one wore garments which exposed his attitude

one rejoiced in a presence once unfelt

one refused the company of a sinner restored to fellowship
