Prophecy

We see that prophecy has a process of being fulfilled
The birth of The Messiah foretold
The process of The Messiah being born
We are given prophecy to make the relevant generation aware.
Jeremiah Born circa 627-587
Daniel taken to Babylon 598BC
Daniel given visions mid to late 530’s
Daniel 9:1–3 CSB
1 In the first year of Darius, the son of Ahasuerus, a Mede by birth, who was made king over the Chaldean kingdom—2 in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, understood from the books according to the word of the Lord to the prophet Jeremiah that the number of years for the desolation of Jerusalem would be seventy. 3 So I turned my attention to the Lord God to seek him by prayer and petitions, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes.
Daniel used the prophecies to understand God’s timing
So too Jesus Christ tells us the same thing
Matthew 24:1–4 CSB
1 As Jesus left and was going out of the temple, his disciples came up and called his attention to its buildings. 2 He replied to them, “Do you see all these things? Truly I tell you, not one stone will be left here on another that will not be thrown down.” 3 While he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached him privately and said, “Tell us, when will these things happen? And what is the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” 4 Jesus replied to them, “Watch out that no one deceives you.
Jesus’ disciples ask for the timing, Jesus tells them what to watch for
Matthew 24:6–8 NKJV
6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
Jesus also tells them what is required of His disciples in order to ensure their protection and deliverance from God’s judgment on the world’s wickedness
Matthew 24:13–14 NKJV
13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.
Matthew 24:24–25 NKJV
24 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you beforehand.
He told us before hand, why? So that we won’t be deceived and confused about what is going on in our world.
Jesus came to deliver us from His takeover and judgment on satan’s kingdom and those of us who embrace and live by it’s values.
We have to forsake and give up what we currently know to be wrong and keep turning away from things that Jesus will show us are wrong (repentance).
He then says we need to be Reborn/Born Again into His family from the family that satan has developed in causing mankind to fall from it’s place of perfection through Adam and Eve (B’r 3).
Check out my videos I’ve made discussing those teachings of Jesus and His hand picked and trained Disciples/Apostles
