A Certain God in a Uncertain World

Introduction

While the world is in a dilemma facing covid 19 and Russia takeover of Ukraine, The one thing that the people of God can be certain about in a uncertain world that God will give you the strength to endure, he will help you to overcome your fears and he will sustain you from falling in the time of trouble.

We need to be so certain about God in uncertain times that we know that our God is over nations and he has the power to destroy idols.

God’s purpose and plans for the life of believers will not be hindered because of covid 19 or Russia takeover of Ukraine.

As God assured Israel he would be there for them, surely he will be there for us.

God has not giving us the spirit of fear, because fear is not of him. What God has giving us the confidence to know that he is with us no matter what state of condition the world is in.

The prophet Isaiah insists that in every movement that is initiated by the Lord, it is in accordance with a purpose of righteous.

We might not understand everything the Lord initiates, but we can be certain that it will work for our good.

Isaiah built a case that the Lord is ruler and king, he is the first and the last and no one was qualified to make him king.

Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

God never wanted us to be stressful about world events or be afraid or anxious and apprehensive about a situation we have no control of. But God wants us to trust in him with all thine heart : and lean not unto thine own understanding, In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. In a world of uncertainty we can find comfort in the arms of our loving Lord. You might been finding yourself depressed by all the worldly events that have been taking place, but God said fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

God wants to assist us, he wants to fill up in us where we lacking faith or confidence. God wants to uphold us, uphold means to support us. the right hand process authority. The right hand is the sense of being straight. God expects us to be upright in a world that is uncertain so that we can experience victories in Christ Jesus.

Psalm 98:1 Oh, sing to the Lord a new song! for he has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy arm have gained him the victory. In conclusion. we have a Certain God in a Uncertain World.
