1. Why do we do outreaches?

We do these outreaches because people matter. Most of all, they matter to God. Just like we do, we did before we even knew him as we do now. I believe that it is essential to do evangelism. You have felt a little weird doing if you ever tried to do it yourself, maybe like me.
Isaiah 52:7 NKJV
7 How beautiful upon the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, Who proclaims peace, Who brings glad tidings of good things, Who proclaims salvation, Who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!”
Romans 10:14–15 NKJV
14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!”
Matthew 28:19 NKJV
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

2. As a Church, we need to show love and unity in the Holy Spirit.

Romans 12:9–13 NKJV
9 Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. 10 Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; 11 not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; 12 rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; 13 distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality.
We have to fight against drama and backbiting.
·I don’t know how long we have been doing these, but it has been years. We have to ensure that people who haven’t been here as long don’t sow disunity among the ranks.
Let me explain how the meat is decided; we buy what we can afford. That’s it. Know one gets to sit down and order off a menu like a restaurant. There were many miscommunications last year; I think some of that was because people were trying to control something on the down-low.
I don’t know that for sure; the only reason I can think of not communicating is that you have to be asked. (tease this out)
