Have you experienced the sheer panic of losing control. I have had panic set in multiple times swimming.
To me anxiety can feel a bit like watching yourself drown alone. And you can feel like you are calling out to yourself to just swim but you cant.
What is anxiety? Its a response to stress…more in the feeling category.
Now everyone deals with some level of anxiety and some people suffer from anxiety disorders.

Depression is a mood disorder characterized by despondency and overwhelming sadness. Anxiety is an overwhelming worry or stress related to the perceived inevitability that an adverse event or outcome will occur.
