Missing Me But Guess What Now
John 14:1-6
14 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
I want to use for a thought:Missing Me But Guess What Now.
This story is about Jesus talking to his disciple telling them that he has to go. Now it is to your own understanding that he is going to the cross and after the cross he is going to prepare a place for you and me.But you cannot see the kingdom of God if you are saved.In the book of Lucke he has already been crucified of the flesh.That is why they are called the Four synoptic gospel.Now where Jesus talked to his Disciples was in the upper room.
In the bible an upper room was a roof chamber built above the main house.The upper room is most known as the sitting of the last supper.The house of Mark Mother.They did not understand how can this man say he is leaving and he is sitting right here.Missing Me But Guess What Now…………… He was preparing them for what was coming.God Is preparing us for what is coming.Alot is on the way so it is time that you get your life together.Jesus won't you know that you must TRUST in him with all your heart and your mind.We must allow him to show us in his divine will.He has a plan for us.If we would trust his word.John 14 is a Demonstration that we must trust in him and his word. Paradise in a Christian standpoint is considered to be heaven. So many people want to go to heaven but don't want to die. This word missing that I am referring to means someone who has disappeared and is no longer in communication with their family and Or Friends. Now let me put it in a Christian standpoint: to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. We will be with the Lord when we leave this Mortal body. We all that are saved shall see God.When we are gone from this Earth we are gone from my family and friends. This Promise of Heaven is an important one, it has brought Comfort to multi tools as they have faced death. This Promise of Heaven has also brought Comfort for those who left behind that death is not the final separation.That was the point of Paul's comment in 1st Thessalonians 4:13 and 8 that those that have already died would not miss the rapture. but there must be truth with promise of Heaven otherwise any comfort given in the present will not be shaded by reality and Eternity. As much as we want people to be conferred when they are in trouble.How often have I heard people comment about someone who has died after going through a painful disease but they are in a better place.And that they are no longer suffering. So many times we have already missed ask me why. Because we do not exist to some people that we are around.At the low point in our lives we may be tempted to believe that we do not matter to God. When life seems hard, turn it over to God. Give everything over to God, stop allowing people to make you feel like you are missing, come on and help me preach.I am Not Missing I am Found.WHen I was a sinner I was missing,But Now I am found.I am found in the name of JESUS!When you found God he gave you more life, more to live for.When you wait on God he will find you.Don’t give up on God because he won't give up on you.Missing me but guess what now.I was once missing guess what I AM FOUND!(GLORY TO GOD)So many people are missing in this word because they have not found God and his word.People that are missing what I mean by that NOT SAVED.They cannot SEE THE KINGDOM OF GOD SAY AMEN.HOLD ON TO GOD DON”T THROW IN THE TOWEL GOD WILL FIND YOU. Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.We are saved and found by the love of God.We have to understand that you are no longer missing but you are found.He is right here with you.
David had a speech impediment

John and Mark deserted Paul
Hosea wife was a prostitute
Jacob he was a liar
David was a cheater
Abraham was too old
David at one point was too young
Peter was afraid of death
Lazarus was dead
John was self-righteous
Naomi was a widow
Paul was a persecutor
Moses was a murderer
Jonah ran from God‘s wheel
Marion was a Gasbar
Marion and Thomas both doubt it
Jeremiah was depressed
Elijah was burned out
John the Baptist had a big loudmouth
Martha was a worry wore
Nora was a drunk
Paul had a short temper
Missing Me But Guess What Now
