Betrayal

When the crowd doesn’t match up. (Judas was the only non-Galilean)

When the benefits don’t add up. (Special place of honor)

When the movement goes “too far.”

When the relationship doesn’t fit. “rabbi” instead of “Lord”

The disciples response when Jesus announced someone would betray him: “Is it me?” They recognized they were capable of committing any sin.

Jesus’s response to betrayal:

He still fed him.

He still fellowshipped with him.
