Adoration- deep love and respect and reverence

1 Chronicles 16:29 Give to the LORD the glory he deserves!Bring your offering and come into his presence.Worship the LORD in all his holy splendor.

(lets humble ourselves in his presence and Adore Him)

Isaiah 6:3 They were calling out to each other,

“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of Heaven’s Armies!

The whole earth is filled with his glory!”

( the Angels ascribed glory unto his name by crying out holy, holy, holy …see his HOLINESS)

Luke 1:46 And Mary said:

“My soul glorifies the Lord

47 and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,

(Mary worshiped and adored GOD for using her)

Isiah 64:6 We are all infected and impure with sin.

When we display our righteous deeds,

they are nothing but filthy rags.

Like autumn leaves, we wither and fall,

and our sins sweep us away like the wind.

Genesis 1:3 Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 And God saw that the light was good. Then he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day” and the darkness “night.”

And evening passed and morning came, marking the first day.

( will you adore him for his ability to complete what he starts… according to Philippians 1:6 God will complete the work that he began in you

You ought to worship him if you believe that i’m not what i should be but GODS not through with me yet! )

Confession- admit

Joshua 7:19 Then Joshua said to Achan, “My son, give glory to the Lord, the God of Israel, by telling the truth. Make your confession and tell me what you have done. Don’t hide it from me.”

Commission

Psalm 19:13 Keep your servant from deliberate sins!Don’t let them control me.Then I will be free of guilt and innocent of great sin.

Thanksgiving- to express gratitude or show appreciation

Lamentation 3:21 Yet this I call to mind

and therefore I have hope:

Will you recall GOD’S Blessings, Faithfulness, and Grace over your life

Supplication - an earnest or urgent request to GOD

James 4:2 You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God. 3 When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.
