2 Corinthians 5:7 (The Message) It’s what we trust in but don’t yet see that keeps us going.

Walk- Move forward

Walk- behave, live by, conduct my life

What Is Faith ?Faith- the conviction of what is believed is true.

Believing What God Says- Walking by? What God says about a subject.

Conviction- Interprete what ever life brings along through our conviction of what we believe to be true.

Illustration- we face a what seems to be a hopeless situation with a more than likely bad outcome- Our conviction of what God says about impossible situations kicks in.

Walking By Sight-

Sight- See, Apear, Appearance, Fashion, Shape

Seeing something that seems to have a certian appearance, shape or form.

Illustration- a man is waiting for a bus and its running late. Another man turns up with 3 children. the children are unruly, loud and very annoying. The father appears to not care and is blankly stearing into nowhere. “Excuse me can you sort your children out”. He apologises and explains that is has just been at the hospital where his wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Lifes Appearances- Walking through Life things will just seem to appear.

Walking In Faith- The Moments We Demonstrate Walking In Faith.

Present Tense- The Now

Choosing To Interprete Through Gods Word- You Make The Choice

Description-Explanation of Faith Hebrews 11:1–3 (NKJV) 11 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. 3 By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

Faith Is The Substance Applied for The Things You Hope For

Hope-

The Believe Mantra

Colossians 1:15-18 NKJV

“He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.”

Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV) 6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Faith Knows He Rewards- we walk in faith because its will bring the best outcome.

In Marriage- Walk in His word- Ways

In Parenting- Walk in His word- Ways

In Relationships- Walk in His word- Ways

In Finances- Walk in His word- Ways

Proverbs 22:6 (NKJV) 6 Train up a child in the way he should go,

And when he is old he will not depart from it.

Evidence- what makes you believe something to be true 1 : something which shows that something else exists or is true;

Faith - believes Gods word makes things from were we think there is nothing

The world was made from nothing through Gods Word

If you have Gods word it doesn’t matter if you have nothing. Because Gods can make something from nothing through His words.

His word creates

Faith - Exists In Your Understand- you understand or interpret things through faith. If your understanding is not influenced by faith you don’t have faith.

Faith- Pleases God. - To be well pleased, very pleased - To cause to feel happy and satisfied.

Illustration- A parent when they see their child do something that is really good.

Impossible To Please Without Faith- God is not pleased with us if we dont walk in faith

You Must Come To Him With Faith- believe he’s bigger that your problem. He is above all. Everything comes under His Authority

-Because He Is- Everything you need. Everything was made and exists by Him
