2 “Speak to all the congregation of the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘You shall be holy, for I the Lord your God am holy.

Definition - set apart, unique, different

you must be a different people, because I am a different God

unique, one of a kind

you need to be YHWH like

We are holy by definition

set apart, saints

now be who you are

we are a football team, now go out and hit somebody!

Holy is not religious but practical (list of Leviticus 19)

family, community, economic justice, social compassion, integrity in legal system, sexual integrity, commerical honesty, loyalty to God
