Beginning and End

The universe began to exist and will cease to exist someday. Gen 1

God

God is the beginner of the beginning and creator of all that exist. Gen 1

Man

Created in the image and likeness o God to rule and reign over God’s creation (earth). Gen 1

The Command

Thou shall not eat. Gen 3

Freewill

Adam was given the option to exercise his volition to obey or disobey the rule. Gen 3

Obedience

Gen 3

Disobedience

Gen 3

Satan

The tempter, deceiver and opponent of God and humanity. Gen 3

Sin

Adam and Eve sinned by disobeying God. Given that they were the first humans, their sin blighted their offsprings-all humanity. Gen 3

Punishment

The command included the consequences of disobedience. Hence, one sin entered death was the result. Rm 5:12-21; John 3:18-21 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

Redemption

God covered them with skin. Gen 3:21

The Promise

The tripartite promise to Abraham. Gen 12:1-3

The Blessing

Gen 22:15-19

A Great Nation

The Seed

The Seed of the woman. The Seed of Abraham-not of seeds but Seed-Christ Jesus. Gal 3:16
Galatians 3:16 NKJV
Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Christ.

Redemption

The Purpose

What is the purpose of redemption. Salvation, regeneration, restoration - now and at the end of times (glorification). 2 Cor 5:18, Eph 2:8-10
Ephesians 2:8–10 NKJV
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Regeneration

Given the new man better than the old man. First man Adam and the second man Jesus. 1 Cor 15:45-49

Obedience
