You are Blessed
You are Blessed
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
In God’s Eyes
He is God, We are His Sons and Daughters. The angels are to minister to us! The Devil is defeated under your feet! You are Blessed!
From creation the first thing God did when He created us was He Blessed us!
The word Blessed carries many meanings…
One is to praise someone, wish them favor and good things.
But in this context it carries a more powerful meaning...
God: to bless = to endue someone with special power:
Know who you are means knowing you are blessed! God has given you special power.
You can! because of Jesus. You have Because of Jesus!
You are the Salt, the light… Go
You can!
We were created In Gods image and likeness… so we were made to look like Him… all we need is to act like Him!
He Put Himself in us so that we can have an attitude of possibilities… not negativity or a lacking faith attitude.
Here are a few words given by God to us to help us find our identity
Fruitful - You can produce and bear fruits. you can take what you have been given and make something great!
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
Multiply (increase)- You can do it over and over again. You can become numerous, great, powerful. You can Grow Up, build up!
Now Jabez was more honorable than his brothers, and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, “Because I bore him in pain.” And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested.
His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’
Fill (overflow)- You can become full, carry out, fulfill
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,
Subdue - You can overcome, Quieten, or bring under control by force
These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.
Dominion - You can rule, Become an authority, master, have full rule over, hold.
Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
Know today that you are truly blessed!
