Celebrate Recovery: Step Three

Step Three: Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.

Romans 12:1 NKJV

1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

There are three parts to this:

Made a Decision

Turned my will and life over to the care of God.

… As We Understand Him.

1. Make a decision:

we must make a decision to fallow the Lord.

people may urge you but you have to walk it out.

Joshua 24:15 NKJV

15 And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
