Jude's message is a tough, straight-forward & strong denouncement of taking the grace of God in vain & of turning discipleship into nothing more than an avenue for personal pleasure. They are described in v.16 as grumblers & nit-picking fault finders, flattering people in order to gain advantage & influence. Jude addresses the fact that judgement is coming against people like this who abuse grace.
