Tatoo is an identification of worshiping idol in that time and culture, and many culture today still worhsips through tatoo. God desires you to worship Him alone, becasue He is the only true God.

God knows you becasue God loves you

God fully knows you becasue He made you.

God desires you to fully know Him becasue He wants to have a relatioship / fellowship with you.
