Does God Care How We Give?
A. The Scripture gives orders as to how we should give that must be followed.
1 Corinthians 16:1 (NKJV)
1 Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the churches of Galatia, so you must do also:

The Greek word is diatassō which means to give orders to or to command.
A. It is the same word used in Matthew 11:1 by Jesus when talking to the twelve.
2. The orders given by Paul instruct us as to how God desires us to give.
A. On the first day of the week.
B. Lay something aside as you prosper.
C. Do not give sparingly.
D. Give bountifully.
E. Purpose your giving in your heart.
