Life is about endings.

We may not like it but all of life is about endings.
John 3:16 (NIV)
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Jesus alone saves; anyone & everyone!

This is the book of Galatians in a very tiny nutshell. It is the truth we must remind ourselves each week.

But by the grace of God...

I’m not sure where I first heard this statement but I say it very very often.

The sin of pride and individualism.

As we get the final verses we must hear Paul once again tackle a major issue of the day and of our day.

God is the judge.

Paul has a the future in mind. Not a future of escapism but a future of hope and of judgment.

God will not, and cannot, be fooled!

We may be able to fool others. We can deceive others but never God.

Persevere in doing good to all.

Knowing that God notices we can keep on doing good.

We need one another.

We cannot be a lone Christian. The Christian faith and relationship with Jesus is not just a personal individual faith. It is about more than just ourselves.

In Christ, we are new creations.

Paul makes the point of what matters, being new in Christ.

We can take pride only in the cross.

This is the point we must realize. This is the hope of Easter.

May your Palm Sunday worship lead you to surrendering at the foot of the cross of Jesus.
