Ezekiel 11:19–21 KJV 1900
19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh: 20 That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God. 21 But as for them whose heart walketh after the heart of their detestable things and their abominations, I will recompense their way upon their own heads, saith the Lord God.

Between 75 and 90% of all visits to primary care physicians result from stress related disorders
The body doesn't know or care what caused the stress. All the body knows is that it is experiencing stress.
Stress reactions are the way in which our body process and release both the emotions and the next negative physical elements we experience in life.
A 10 year study concluded that individuals who could not manage their emotional stress had a 40% higher death rate than non-stressed individuals.
A heart disease study at Mayo Clinic found it psychological stress was the strongest predictor of future cardiac events, including cardiac death, cardiac arrest, and heart attack.
If your brain interprets physical perceptions as anger fear or depression every immune cell of your body knows that interpretation very quickly.
One doctor referred to cells of your body called neuropeptides as little bits of brain floating through your body. The brain “talks” to the immune cells all over the body, and intern, the immune system cells communicate back to the brain using these messages called neuropeptides.
If left unmanaged, the constant release of stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol can see the body in a way that is similar to acid searing metal.
John 14:1 KJV 1900
1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
Many times in scripture the lord, or an angel, has said fear not! When it comes to fear, may those words from God ring in our ears and heart always, in all situations and circumstances, in all relationships, in all our dreams and hopes and desires.
Faith is the supreme cure for fear. The Bible teaches that God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Choose to believe that God is working in your life and in the lives of those around you. Choose to believe that God is in control of all circumstances he has control of all situations. Faith is always a choice, faith is never anything but a choice to look at god as high above all of the situations that we face.
The Shield of Faith is the indispensable tool for victory in the Christian life.
Ephesians 6:16 KJV 1900
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Prayer
Rom 8:26  Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
Rom 8:27  And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
Jas 4:3  Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.
Luk 11:9  And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
Luk 11:10  For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Eph 3:19  And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
Eph 3:20  Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
