Numbers 4:21-7:89 Judges 13:2-25 and Luke 1:11-20

Basorah Portion Luke 1:11-20

Luke 1:15 He will be great before Adonai; and he should not drink wine and intoxicating beverage, but he will be filled with the Ruach ha-Kodesh just out of his mother’s womb.
What might the prohibition of not drinking wine or intoxicating beverage indicate?
What is the significance of Johannon being filled with the Ruach ha-Kodesh just after birth?
Bonus Question: Is it a coincidence that Elizabeth and Mariam are cousins? What does it mean if it is not a coincidence?

Nevi’im/Haftorah Portion shof’ṭim/Judges 13:2-25

Judges 13:3-5 Then the angel of Adonai appeared to the woman and said to her, “Behold now, you are barren and have not borne children, but you will conceive and bear a son. 4ow therefore be careful not to drink wine or strong drink, or eat any unclean thing. For behold, you will conceive and bear a son. Let no razor come upon his head, for the boy will be a Nazirite to God from the womb. He will begin to deliver Israel from the hand of the Philistines.”
What is the difference between the commands given to Manoah’s wife and Elizabeth regarding their sons? Is there a significance to this?
What is indicated to be Shimshon/Samson’s mission as a Nazirite? Who “Finished” the mission?
Bonus Question: Why does the Angel of Adonai say “If you could detain me, I would not eat your food...”
