Lord’s Supper

We partake of the Lord’s Supper because Jesus said…

Luke 22:19 NASB95

19 And when He had taken some bread and given thanks, He broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”

Luke 22:20 NASB95

20 And in the same way He took the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant in My blood.

In the Lord’s Supper we look back to the cross of our Lord and look forward to His return.

But we dare not partake without reverence, so we must begin by examining ourselves…
