No one in these three passages seems to be able to shut up
The Healed Man
… leaped up, stood, and walked around, and went into the temple with them, walking and jumping and praising God.
-- He couldn’t shut up for joy!
The Psalmist
Sings God’s praises, remembers his fidelity to his promises.
Psalm 105
Glory in his holy name;
rejoice, O hearts that seek the Lord!
Look to the Lord in his strength
seek to serve him constantly.
But they aren’t the only ones
“my heart smolders within me. In my sighing a fire blazes up, and I break into speech:” (Psalm 39:4, NABRE)
Paul was “expounding and demonstrating that the Messiah had to suffer and rise from the dead, and that “This is the Messiah, Jesus, whom I proclaim to you.”” (Acts 17:3, NABRE)
“I say I will not mention him, I will no longer speak in his name. But then
it is as if fire is burning in my heart, imprisoned in my bones; I grow weary holding back, I cannot!” (Jeremiah 20:9, NABRE)
And there are many similar passages
In most cases, these people weren’t in situations where they expected to teach or preach’ mostly, they found themselves in a situation and they felt an inner prompting.
