It’s Not To Late To Pivot
It’s Not To Late To Pivot
To pivot is to make an adjustment on how you get to a destination. It does not mean the destination changes. When an unmovable optical has come across your path, you pivot to find a way you did not see before.
You need to pivot when what you thought would happen but cant now. It does not mean it is done.
Jonathan and his armor bearer
4 Between the passes, by which Jonathan sought to go over to the Philistines’ garrison, there was a sharp rock on one side and a sharp rock on the other side. And the name of one was Bozez, and the name of the other Seneh.
Sharp rock walls on either side of them.
Maybe this is where the phrase “feeling trapped between a rock and a hard place” comes from.
Bozez = surpassing white: glistening
Seneh = thorny
6 Then Jonathan said to the young man who was carrying his armor, “Come and let us cross over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; perhaps the Lord will work for us, for the Lord is not restrained to save by many or by few.”
This important because Jonathan is focusing on what God can do not what limits us.
7 His armor bearer said to him, “Do all that is in your heart; turn yourself, and here I am with you according to your desire.”
What is in your heart and turn yourself? Pivot
8 Then Jonathan said, “Behold, we will cross over to the men and reveal ourselves to them. 9 “If they say to us, ‘Wait until we come to you’; then we will stand in our place and not go up to them. 10 “But if they say, ‘Come up to us,’ then we will go up, for the Lord has given them into our hands; and this shall be the sign to us.” 11 When both of them revealed themselves to the garrison of the Philistines, the Philistines said, “Behold, Hebrews are coming out of the holes where they have hidden themselves.” 12 So the men of the garrison hailed Jonathan and his armor bearer and said, “Come up to us and we will tell you something.” And Jonathan said to his armor bearer, “Come up after me, for the Lord has given them into the hands of Israel.”
Jonathan had a trust in God that was leading him towards his destiny.
Something was stirring in his heart to accomplish for His people.
Jonathan was not seeking his own glory here.
At this point in Jonathan’s story, he was thinking more like a righteous king than his father was.
Jonathan was thinking what is best for Israel not himself.
Your destiny in Christ will always be for the greater good of humanity.
Bozez = surpassing white: glistening
Seneh = thorny
The glistening white side, can represent what gets your attention, what distracts you, what appears appealing or desirable.
The thorny can represent what is a pain in your life, what agitates you, what causes anxiety or depression, what makes you angry.
When you are headed towards your destiny or destination, you can feel trapped between what agitates you and what you go to avoid those agitations.
When you are between two unmovable places.
If you stop focusing on how you are trapped, you will hear and feel a faith arise in your heart.
Holy Spirit will help you pivot your steps to accomplish your destiny.
It's Not Too Late To Pivot
"It is not too late to pivot." There has been a favor on pivoting your life and elements of your life in the past few years. That pivot could be how you do family or relationships, that pivot could be how you run your business or mission, that pivot could be how you spend time at work, maybe you get to work mostly from home now. That pivot could be how you take care of yourself spiritually, emotionally, health-wise, or exercise.
To pivot is to make an adjustment on how you get to a destination. It does not mean the destination changes. When an unmovable optical has come across your path, you pivot to find a way you did not see before.
There is a strong force and agreement from heaven to make some changes in your life. This pivot in your life will come from a place of obedience and even an inward longing that has been there for a while. You did not know how you would accomplish what was in your heart, but the way these past few years have gone has presented an opportunity for change.
Especially in areas where you have experienced many disappointments and hope deferred. If you feel Holy Spirit leading you to try again, pay attention and let Him lead you into how to step forward. There is a favor from heaven to break through now or find a way, so make your move.
The only people who have regretted or are starting to regret the changes they made are those who made changes to escape some part of their lives. It is okay to feel the un-comfort and pressure of things not aligned in your life as long as it leads you to obey that still small voice inside of you. Trying to get away from suffering or misery by making random changes not guided by Holy Spirit leads to more suffering and pain. You can tell you are trying to avoid suffering when you are willing to turn away from the destiny Father has put in your heart.
If you have made some pivots in your life, they feel right and like something good has come of these challenging times.
If you did not make any changes in your life, it is not too late to make that kind of life-changing pivot in your life.
It is time to thank our Father for His favor in the places we adjusted.
It is time to let Holy Spirit guide us to other areas in which He is leading us to pivot.
If you have avoided making that adjustment in your life, it is not too late to pivot.

Its Not To Late To Pivot
If you stop focusing on how you are trapped, you will hear and feel a faith arise in your heart.
Holy Spirit will help you pivot your steps to accomplish your destiny.
What can you thank God for that He empowered you to pivot in these past few years?
Is there another area Holy Spirit is stirring in your heart to pivot in?
What has Father put in your heart that you have not or stopped? Will you take a leap of faith and pivot that place of your life?
Is there an area of agitation or hopelessness that you can pivot in.
