What is the whole counsel of God and how can we preach it?

The whole Bible, Genesis to Revelation Is Gods Counsel to us.
Acts 20:25–27 ESV
And now, behold, I know that none of you among whom I have gone about proclaiming the kingdom will see my face again. Therefore I testify to you this day that I am innocent of the blood of all, for I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole counsel of God.
Acts 20:27 NASB95
“For I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole purpose of God.
Acts 20:27 NIV
For I have not hesitated to proclaim to you the whole will of God.
2 Timothy 3:16–17 ESV
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
The boldness and the words we need are found in the scriptures. God puts words in our mouth.
1 Peter 4:11 ESV
whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
1 Peter 4:11 NIV
If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.
2 Timothy 1:7 ESV
for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
2 Timothy 1:7 KJV 1900
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
2 Timothy 1:7 NIV
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
2 Timothy 1:8 ESV
Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord, nor of me his prisoner, but share in suffering for the gospel by the power of God,
Ephesians 6:19 ESV
and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel,
Ephesians 6:20 ESV
for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.
KJV Newberry Bible. “That I may open my mouth with freedom”
“That therein I might speak with freedom as I ought to speak.”
Deuteronomy 29:29 ESV
“The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.
Human intellect often inquires into things God hasn’t revealed.
1 Corinthians 1:17–18 ESV
For Christ did not send me to baptize but to preach the gospel, and not with words of eloquent wisdom, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power. For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
In Conclusion, lets pray for each other, that we are found faithful in our witness. Lets pray for this church, that the whole counsel of God be proclaimed in this place.
