Appetite- an instinctive physical desire, a strong wish or urge, to strive after, a strong desire.
What you become is based on what you consume. Let's discover three ways to promote healthy appetites so you can consume and produce healthy lifestyles and success.
The first thing you must do to ensure the production of purpose and positive life styles is to:

Create the Crave!
All Appetites are stimulated by a crave.
A crave is to feel a powerful desire for something.
A crave looks for fulfillment.
Protect Your Stimulation Entrances:
Ears~ Your audio intake
Eyes~ Your vision and perception
Mouth~ Your communication and declarations
II Control It (to exercise restraints or directions over, command, hold in check, to control one's emotions

a) Proper Planning
b) Avoiding “free food”
c) Knowing your healthy choices
