Stairway to Heaven

Text: Romans 10:9

Introduction: Jesus has provided us with the gift of salvation but in order to obtain it we must take steps up the stairway, step up with faith in Him. That he took the sins of this world, nailed it to the cross, died, and rose again in victory. We must take the step up declare it with our mouths. The moment we speak it into existence and share it with the world. Then we take the step up to receive the gift of salvation.

Transitional: Let's go over these steps to salvation.

I. Step up with faith

Conclusion: Have faith in Jesus because He is the way to eternal life. Speak into existence the words God speaks, declare it over your situations and obtain the gift of salvation. But don't stop, there is a purpose for your life. Stand firm and believe. Keep taking steps up and one day you'll reach the top of the stairway.
