In popular interpretations of Revelation, we are told that the End Times is a great and terrible future filled with war and wrath, often with the world ending in a great big blaze of fire from heaven. Is that what Revelation is really teaching though? When we pay close attention to the details of chapter 19, we find that satan is bound and despite the imagery of war, the nations, the world is saved not destroyed! The victory is Christ's and Christ's alone!
