ISN’T IT FUNNY HOW WE CAN CARE SO MUCH ABOUT THE WRONG THINGS?

I believe more than any other time in history that this CHURCH has the potential to start a revival that cannot be stopped…

IT’S THIS ROOMS TURN. It’s time for y’all to rise up. God want’s to use each and every single person in this room in a radical way. God want’s to use this room to change this nation. Thats not the question. The question is not “Does God want to use this room” the real question is “WILL ANYONE IN THIS ROOM LET GOD USE THEM”

JOSHUA BACKSTORY

Joshua was Moses Right Hand Man — Fought the Amelekites while Moses held up staff— He is in the tent of meeting where Moses meets with God face to face — Joshua is one of the 12 spies and one of the two to return saying they can take the land

Joshua 1:1–2 NLT

1 After the death of Moses the Lord’s servant, the Lord spoke to Joshua son of Nun, Moses’ assistant. He said, 2 “Moses my servant is dead. Therefore, the time has come for you to lead these people, the Israelites, across the Jordan River into the land I am giving them.

This is a big deal — Imagine being the one to follow up Moses — Both a weight and an honor right?

Joshua 1:4–5 NLT

4 from the Negev wilderness in the south to the Lebanon mountains in the north, from the Euphrates River in the east to the Mediterranean Sea in the west, including all the land of the Hittites.’ 5 No one will be able to stand against you as long as you live. For I will be with you as I was with Moses. I will not fail you or abandon you.

So there has to be some sort of a plan? — There is a plan for your life too — Whether you believe it or not YOU WERE MADE ON PURPOSE FOR A PURPOSE and God’s plan for your life is bigger than you could ever imagine.

THE BIGGEST LIE OF THE ENEMY TODAY WOULD BE TO CONVINCE YOU THAT YOUR LIFE IS RANDOM — A result of chance. — With no meaning — Im here to tell you that’s not the case.

Jeremiah 29:11 NLT

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Come on these are good plans — HE KNOWS THE PLANS HE HAS FOR NEW PURPOSE

Joshua 1:6–9 NLT

6 “Be strong and courageous, for you are the one who will lead these people to possess all the land I swore to their ancestors I would give them. 7 Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the instructions Moses gave you. Do not deviate from them, turning either to the right or to the left. Then you will be successful in everything you do. 8 Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do. 9 This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

It’s time for this generation to lead the way… But the only way you’ll be successful is by staying rooted in what God says.

IN ORDER TO DO IT YOU HAVE TO CARE ABOUT THE RIGHT THINGS — THE RIGHT THINGS HAVE TO MATTER TO YOU — AND I HAVE THREE THAT I BELIEVE THIS GENERATION IS PUSHING OFF THE MOST — I believe the Enemy is purposefully attacking three area that if you started to care about it would start a revival in this state.

PRAYER FILLED CHURCH

James 5:16 (NLT)

16 ...The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.

Prayer connects our heart with Gods. Prayer aligns my heart with his. And when my heart and Gods heart are headed in the right direction I start to see what God wants me to do even more clearly.

JESUS NEEDED PRAYER. I don’t know about you but if Jesus needed it… Im probably gonna need it too.

This cannot be done without prayer. We cannot reach this community without prayer. Your co workers your family your boss it cannot happen without prayer. But it can’t be just me praying. Or just a throw up quickly prayer when we eat a meal. like… we need some people praying for this church.

SHARING CHURCH

How could we not share this news?

How could we not want more people to know what we know? If our lives have been changed by Jesus’ death on the cross for our sins and his resurrection how could we not want everyone to come to the celebration.

In ACTS we saw over and over people could not help but share the good news. They told everyone they met.

Trick people into coming to church with you. Im serious. I had someone tell me they make a deal with people and they say “Ill come to your church if you come to mine. BUT you have to come to mind first”

JESUS IS IN THE BUSINESS OF DIVINE APPOINTMENTS. There are not accidents in God’s kingdom. What if you made your neighborhood your mission field. Your group text. Your workplace. Your school. your team.

WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR GOD TO STIR YOUR HEART FOR THE LOST PEOPLE AROUND YOU?

THE LOCAL CHURCH Is where you find community — It’s where you hear God’s word preached. It’s where you are built up.

IT’S THE GREATEST EVANGELISTIC TOOL ON THE PLANET

I BELIEVE IN THE LOCAL CHURCH. Because something amazing happens when we come together believing God can do anything.

The enemy wants you to think that Church is for the adults — That you can’t make a difference until you are older — married — That God’s plan for you doesn’t start until later HE WANTS TO USE YOU AS A CATALYST IN YOUR CHURCH NOW!
