Does redemption grant God’s universal forgiveness regardless of individual repentance?

Jesus died for all sins, past, present and future, but not all sins have been forgiven until repentance. The grace of redemption is available to all but you have to appropriate it by repentance for justification and sanctification.
Will God forgive someone who has not forgiven others?
Is the unforgiving eternally secure?
If someone who is elect is deeply hurt and justifiably unforgiving is he still eternally secure?
