Psam 23:3

Psalm 23:3 (ESV)
He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness
for his name’s sake.

1. He Restores my Soul.

A. God is the only one who can restore your soul.
B. He does this through his leading.
Philippians 4:4–7 ESV
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

2. Paths of Righteousness

A. Practical Truth:The right paths
B. Eternal Truth: He Leads us to eternal life.

3. Why: for his name sake.

Whats this mean?
A. He does this because this is who he is.
B. We are his creation, he desires for us to be restored and live right.
C. It brings him glory.

Prayer:

Declare: God you are the Restorer of my soul.
Ask: Lead me to righteousness?
Questions:
Do you think its hard to do the right thing?
How does God guide you to do the right thing?
