Have any of you ever done anything mean?
I bet we all have done something mean before.
Were gonna talk about Saul, Saul was mean to Christians.
The people who followed Jesus Saul tried to kill.
He did not like Christians one bit and he didn’t like that they followed Jesus.
Now one day as Paul was traveling to a city called Damascus to kill Christians he saw a bright light from the sky.
The light was coming from Heaven.
Suddenly Paul hears a loud voice.
“Saul, Saul why are you persecuting me?”
And he said, “Who are you, Lord?” And he said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. But rise and enter the city, and you will be told what you are to do.”
At the same time God told a man named Ananias to to leave his house and go to the vity.
Ananias had heard Paul was a bad man but God wanted ananias to help Paul.
And Jesus asked Paul to be a instrument fo rhis use and to share the Gospel.
Why is it important for us to listen to God and tell people about him?
Jesus told us in
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
