When we see as God sees, we are more inclined to do as God says.

Help me to see as you see

Time, Spending, investing, Wasting

When someone walks away from everything for a cause, pay attention.

That person is seeing a connection between time, life, purpose.

Abraham, Joseph, Moses, Nehemiah, Disciples, Paul

Moses

Moses context is everything

There is no purpose aside from context.

We don’t know what they are for until we know what they connect to.

Psalm 90:1 NIV
1 Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.
Psalm 90:2 NLT
2 Before the mountains were born, before you gave birth to the earth and the world, from beginning to end, you are God.
Psalm 90:3 NLT
3 You turn people back to dust, saying, “Return to dust, you mortals!”
Psalm 90:4 NLT
4 For you, a thousand years are as a passing day, as brief as a few night hours.
Psalm 90:5 NLT
5 You sweep people away like dreams that disappear. They are like grass that springs up in the morning.

There is no purpose without context.

What is this short life for?

What is this life for?

Purpose requires connection.

What am I for?

Psalm 90:10 NLT
10 Seventy years are given to us! Some even live to eighty. But even the best years are filled with pain and trouble; soon they disappear, and we fly away.
Psalm 90:11 NIV
11 If only we knew the power of your anger! Your wrath is as great as the fear that is your due.

If we could see God as He is, we would give him the reverence He is due.

God created us on purpose for his purpose.

Psalm 90:11 NLT
11 Who can comprehend the power of your anger? Your wrath is as awesome as the fear you deserve.
Psalm 90:12 NLT
12 Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom.

What am I here for?

Who am I here for?

Psalm 90:10 NLT
10 Seventy years are given to us! Some even live to eighty. But even the best years are filled with pain and trouble; soon they disappear, and we fly away.

I was created on purpose for God’s purpose.
