A Mission Statement to live By

Matthew 13:1-9

I. Sowing can be seen in the business world.

Read the slogan page.

Jesus’ sowing is summed up in this verse…"How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him." (Acts 10:38, KJV)

II. Sowing incorporates different methods, approaches, etc. for the propagating of the message.

In the companies that I’ve mentioned, missions statements adorn the walls of every office.

These statements are incorporated in slogans, which are put on pens, caps, jackets, t-shirts, websites, blog pages, etc.

III. Sowing becomes the life of the Sower.

Jesus was right when He said – the children of mammon are wiser than the children of God.

A. They live the life of the sower.

They become advocates for their cause.

B. They bring their philosophies everywhere.
