Thank everyone

Ask God for forgiveness

Psalms 127:3-5 Dear Savior, thank You for these children! I give you praise because children are a heritage of You. They are the fruit of the womb and a reward, like arrows in the hand of a warrior. I thank You for blessing every child’s ministry leader with them! I pray that they will never forget that these children are special in Your eyes; let every children’s ministry leader see them as Your heritage, Amen.

2nd Timothy 3:14-17

Pray your children will not be deceived by the lies of the world and that they cling to Jesus for salvation. Ask God to give them teachable hearts so they can receive the full benefits of engaging in the Word.

But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believe…All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. (

Proverbs 22:15 Heavenly Father, Your scripture tells me that foolishness or lack of good sense or insight is bound up in the heart of a child. As a children’s ministry leader, help me to correctly discipline them because the rod discipline drives it far from them. Lord please equip me with tools like discipline, correction and guidance so that they can be used to develop every child in my care. I pray that their spiritual, emotional and physical growth is never stagnant, this I pray, Amen.

1 Timothy 4:12 Righteous God, I pray against those who despise children for being children. I pray that they understand that their age is a blessing and that they are significant and special in Your eyes. I pray for every children’s ministry leader, that they will respond to those who hate children by example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. Children are never too young to be reflections of You because You are within them, Amen

Proverbs 1:8-9 Oh Lord, I pray that children will not only honor their mother and father, but I pray also that they will hear the instructions given and will not forget the teachings within the children’s ministry. I pray that the curriculum is determined by You so that the things learned can be graceful garlands for their heads and pendants for their necks. I pray that they remain in their minds and in their hearts. Thank You Lord, Amen.

We will not neglect our primary mission:

Jesus’s primary mission on earth was to make disciples. When Leader and Pastor neglect their primary mission, the church is destined for decline

Pray against distraction

Pray against laziness

Pray against the fear of failure

Prayer against fierce oppositions –

Finally, begin to align yourself afresh with your mission. Pray for your current ministry, ministry that you support, your career, and your focus in Christ.
