What is Doctrine?
Doctrine simply means teaching.
Examples of doctrine:
Virgin Birth of Jesus
Divinity of Jesus
The Death of Jesus
The Resurrection of Jesus
The Doctrine of Salvation
Why is Doctrine Important
We will give an account to God.
There is the possibility of being ashamed before God.
False doctrine leads to shame because:
It can present a perverted picture of who God is.
It can hinder people from having a close relationship with God.
It can keep people separated from God.
