Not a Whim, Not a Worry
Text: Romans 8:28 (NIV)
28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him,a whob have been called according to his purpose.

I. Introduction: We can easily become discouraged if we see no plan or purpose in our circumstances. If we view ourselves at the mercy of circumstance or coincidence, there is no stability. However, If instead of looking to the circumstances, we begin to look to the God of the circumstances, we can find confidence in the most distressing times.
II. Evaluate Your Circumstances: Have Confidence In A Plan of God That Is Operational
A. In The Activity Of God
B. In The Area Of God
C. In The Aim Of God
III. Evaluate Your Relationship: Have Confidence In A Promise Of God That Is Conditional
A. The Condition of Following God
B. The Condition of Loving God
IV. Conclusion: You do not need to be held hostage at the mercy of your circumstances. If you properly evaluate your relationship with with God, you can trust every circumstance to His care, knowing that He will bring about good in what appears the most dire circumstances.
