Jesus Is

Here are some ATTRIBUTES that can only be said of the Lord Jesus Christ:

I. Jesus is Unique.

John 1:14

“only begotten of the Father”

The only BEGOTTEN.

“his only begotten son”

Occurs 3 times:

John 3:16

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Hebrew 11:17

By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son,

1 John 4:9

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

The only BELOVED. (In Whom God Almighty was well pleased)

The only BEHAVED. (sinless. Heb 4:15)

II. Jesus is Unending.

John 10:28

“I give unto them eternal life”

Psalm 95:7 “the sheep of his hand”

Christ is Eternal.

Christ is Effective. (Life)

Christ is Enough. (by grace through faith)

III. Jesus is Unstoppable.

Revelation 1:18

Neither death, hell, nor the grave have power over Him.

Concerning death, He arose.

Concerning Hell, He left.

Concerning the grave, it is empty.

Conclusion:

Have you determined that Jesus is all you need?
